- Consulting services (including sourcing, cupping, audits, training, media, or advisory work) are provided based on written quotations or proposals.
- All quotations are indicative and subject to confirmation, scope definition, and availability.
- Final pricing may vary depending on project scope, duration, location, and specific requirements.
- A consulting engagement is only confirmed once agreed in writing by both parties.
5. Payments
- EASC is a cashless institution.
- Accepted payment methods: M-Pesa and Bank Transfer only.
- Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may be updated.
- Full payment or an agreed deposit may be required to confirm a course or service.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellation and refund policies vary by service and will be communicated at booking.
- EASC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, alternative arrangements or credits may be offered where appropriate.
